Returns & Exchanges

At Hype and Vice, we want you to love your game day gear, but if something isn't right, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
